Q. How will hiring your firm save me money?

A. By hiring Gryphon's Lair your firm will save money by getting a full time staff service with only a part time salary. Also you can hire as needed depending on the quarterly returns. Without the expense of laying off and rehiring permanent employees, or having to retrain new hires.
 


Q. What are your rates and where do you do business?

A. We charge by the hour, day or by the task. It will be entirely up to you on how payment is to be made. Our rates are usually $100 an hour plus expenses. The project expense report will be provided in full detail along with progress reports. Usually business is conducted at your facility where you have to provide a work space. Some work will be performed at our office. We are able to travel wherever needed. Travel arrangements and lodging would fall to your organization. This gives control to you for expenses, and makes it easier for us because we are not familiar with the location.

 

Q. What is your mode of operation?

A. We arrange for an initial interview to see if there is a report between both parties. Then depending on what the task is there will be an observation time to understand the current practice. After that there will be a conference to report the findings and the recommendations. At this time there will be a time line drawn up so there can be an expectation of when task will be completed.

 

Q. What should my expectations be?

A. The expectation should be a system or completed task that is maintainable and cost effective with very little negative impact or disruption to current employees. Full satisfaction for the agreed upon assignment.
