 Dorothy J. Papin-Griffith, CEO,

Dr. Dorothy J. Papin-Griffith, Ph.D.

Dorothy has earned membership in the ‘Who’s Who Worldwide’ for Business Leadership (1985-1990). She is currently listed in the ‘Manchester Who’s Who for Executives and Professionals’. Her extensive experience and communication skills have served well in developing teaching and training curricula, both for Quality Assurance programs within the Aerospace industry and independent seminars and workshops.

As the founder of ‘Circle of Sisters’ in Lake Elsinore and San Clemente, California, developed resource and support groups for women. Both groups were dedicated to the following values: Knowledge, Freedom, Rights and Understanding. The program was developed to build self-esteem and promote personal growth through the sharing of information, resources and knowledge.
 

William Griffith, VP.

Will has over thirty years experience in manufacturing, primarily in Production/Inventory Control. He has participated in and managed explosive growth on the corporate level. He has overseen product introduction from engineer's dream through mass-production to out-sourcing. He is an expert in change management minimizing inventory write-off while simultaneously implementing product improvements.

Will is expert in the Inventory Control concept now commonly known as Lean Manufacturing and is intimately aware of its ramifications and pratfalls throughout the Manufacturing Enterprise from material acquisition to Accounts Receivable.

Michael Bellomo, VP of Marketing, Company Legal Counsel

Michael Bellomo holds an MBA from UC Irvine, a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Techniques from UC San Diego.

Prior to joining Gryphon's Lair Productions, he has worked as a financial e-commerce manager in the Silicon Valley dotcom boom times, a think-tank analyst studying how TiVo, eBay, and the Blackberry changed consumer markets, and as a risk assessment manager with a Defense Department consulting firm.

He is the co-author of two Amazon bestsellers involving technology and science: eBay Your Business and Microbe: Are We Ready For The Next Plague?, a chilling work on how vulnerable we are to new, exotic diseases and acts of biological terrorism.

His latest book from AMACOM is The Stem Cell Divide, a thrilling look into the kaleidoscope of scientific wonder, religious dogma and the hype machine surrounding the field of stem cell science research.
